Project Overview
Brief
Pet-Care is a SaaS for a startup that connects vets(pet doctors) with clients. There were 5 user(employee) types (Receptionist, Super admin, Vet, Lab manager, Stockist) in the platform.
Challenges
Pickup the project from middle again & speed up the work as deadline was trimmed into 1.5 weeks.
Another big challenge was to link all the user stories & make sure everything is connected & error free
My Role
In the early stage i was involved in creating low fidelity wireframes.
Later My responsibility was to complete 4/5 user flows of Veterian(Doctor), Stockist & Lab manager & link the user flow of all the persons involved & ensure consistency.

Stage
Discovery call gave us some idea about cilents’s requirements. The platform was to be made from a document which contained a list of required some features, we had to prepare overall employee experience properly linked to employee of each category ie; receptionist, admin, vet etc.
Firstly we gathered all the requirements they need in this software & then did some desk research on our own to make sure we don’t miss out any crucial feature which may affect overall experience
